Once your order is placed, we coordinate directly with our furniture suppliers to prepare your item for shipment. Most orders leave the warehouse and are delivered within 7–12 business days. Some made-to-order or high-demand items may take slightly longer — if that's the case for your order, we'll notify you by email.
All Master Cove furniture ships with white-glove delivery at no additional cost. This means your item will be:

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to supplier stock availability, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order is delayed, we will proactively reach out with an updated timeline.
If your furniture arrives damaged or a part is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to resolve it — whether that's a replacement part, a full replacement, or a refund.
