We want you to love your Master Cove furniture. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and straightforward.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
Condition required: Unused, unassembled (where applicable), in original packaging
Restocking fee: 20% of item price for change-of-mind returns (waived for damaged or defective items)
Refund method: Original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Furniture that has been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return unless it arrived defective or damaged.
Change-of-mind returns (returns not related to a defect or damage) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and returning furniture to our fulfillment centers. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not subject to this fee and are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement part, repair, replacement item, or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping, and with no restocking fee.
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee applies. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Master Cove covers all return shipping costs and waives the restocking fee entirely.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can typically be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
