Frequently Asked Questions

Every order ships free to your front door with tracking. Smaller pieces arrive by parcel carrier (such as FedEx Ground). Larger pieces ship by freight carrier, who will call ahead to schedule a delivery day; freight deliveries are made to the front entrance of your home or building, so you may want a second person on hand to help bring it inside.

Smaller pieces sent by parcel carrier typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Larger pieces that ship by freight (such as sofas, sectionals and large tables) typically arrive in 3–4 weeks. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for the option you choose, and you'll get tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes — most items ship free. A small number of larger or heavier pieces carry a shipping fee, which is always shown clearly on that product's page and at checkout before you pay.

We offer 30-day returns. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility for non-defective items. Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns page.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mastercovestore@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll take care of a replacement or refund.

We focus on furniture built to last — solid wood construction for our wood pieces, and quality upholstery with durable frames for our sofas and sectionals. Each product page lists its specific materials and dimensions.

This varies by item — some pieces ship fully assembled, others require simple assembly (usually just attaching legs). Assembly requirements are listed on each product's page.
